The reporter learned from the Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce that Sichuan’s companies participating in the current Canton Fair formed two “lineups” of Sichuan Trading Group and Chengdu Trading Group, with a total of 338 companies participating.
A total of 267 companies from the Sichuan Trading Group participated in the exhibition. The exhibition area involved 41 exhibition areas. The exhibits covered 16 categories and 41 commodity categories, including large machinery and equipment, household appliances, auto parts, and daily-use ceramics. Among them, 38 companies from 11 cities (prefectures) and national-level poverty-stricken counties have won 40 booths. The reporter was informed that in order to ensure the smooth exhibition of enterprises, the two major trading delegations in Sichuan will also be on duty 24 hours during the Canton Fair. They will answer questions about exhibitors, live broadcasts, cloud exhibition halls, etc. for enterprises in real time through telephone, QQ groups, training, etc. Various problems.
The current Canton Fair will last for 10 days and maintain 24 hours uninterrupted. 50 exhibition areas are set up according to 16 categories of commodities, and 1.8 million exhibits will be displayed online at the same time. It is worth mentioning that during the current Canton Fair, in addition to voluntary advertising and other value-added services, the organizer is exempt from participation fees and will not charge any fees to cross-border e-commerce platforms participating in synchronized activities.
